The first few warm days
of spring I get several calls from my loyal customers wanting their
driveways or parking lots seal-coated. I tell them the same thing I am
telling you now . We need to wait until summer, when the weather
is more predictable and temperatures much warmer. I rarely start
seal-coating before late May or early June.
Most seal-coat material
manufacturers recommend not applying their products, if the temperature
will fall below 50 degrees the first night after it is applied.
So if the over night temperatures
are consistently above 50 degrees and no rain in sight for a couple days
NOW is a good time to do your job. "Schedule
