Seal-coating is a preventative
maintenance process that is designed to protect, beautify and add life
to your asphalt. The asphalt is thoroughly cleaned, any cracks or holes
are treated, then the asphalt is coated with a rubber fortified sealer.
will first turn gray as it loses it integrity. Over time the natural
elements take their toil until cracks and pot-holes form. Other enemies
of your asphalt are gas, oil, and antifreeze. These containments will
create soft spots in your asphalt. For more information see the section
"About Your Asphalt".
